This week I completed the sound design, meaning my video is now complete.
I continued working on my Processing code, which isn't running the way I want to right now, so I will be working on finalizing the code and making the box with plywood. I also need to experiment with what to use to disperse the light.
This week, I completed the animation, and added effects like noise, textures, and soft glow to give it a dreamy/space effect. I also made many adjustments to the visual style, since the tulip assets and rose assets I created for the animation was flat in comparison to the gradient marble and background. With the animation completed, I started thinking about the sound design on the video, which I had planned to finish most of this week, but my sound design software, Reaper, decided to stop working on my computer. After doing some research, I carried my project over to Premiere Pro and had to learn how to create sound design from there.
As for the box, I created a file on Processing but ran into the issue of the "Movie" object not existing, even when I imported the library. I wanted to focus on the animation being complete, however, and decided to start building the box the next week and order some large flat marbles to test the lighting.
